SEN VOICE TELE – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules governing access to and use of services provided by SEN VOICE TELE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

SEN VOICE TELE delivers cloud-based communication and telecom infrastructure services, including voice connectivity, messaging solutions, numbering services, routing, IP transit, and related platforms.
We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date account information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Ensure all authorized users comply with these Terms

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All services are billed based on agreed pricing models or usage.
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified in writing.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All taxes, regulatory charges, and applicable fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Telecommunications & Messaging Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable telecom regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to:

  • Voice Services: Prohibition of fraudulent calling, robocalls, spoofing, toll bypass, or any unlawful traffic activity

  • SMS/MMS & 10DLC: Compliance with registration requirements, sender identification, user consent, opt-out mechanisms, and content guidelines

  • Numbering Services: Proper and lawful use of DIDs and toll-free numbers, accurate representation of business identity, and adherence to regional numbering policies

SEN VOICE TELE reserves the right to restrict or suspend services to ensure compliance and protect network integrity.

5. Acceptable Use

All usage must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Any misuse, abuse, or violation may lead to immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of services without prior notice.

6. Service Performance & Availability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external network factors.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All technologies, platforms, software, and related content remain the exclusive property of SEN VOICE TELE or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEN VOICE TELE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service during the previous twelve (12) months.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms or AUP

  • Non-payment or billing disputes

  • Regulatory or legal risks

  • Misuse or fraudulent activity

Upon termination, access to services may be revoked immediately.

10. Governing Framework

These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial and telecommunications practices, alongside applicable local laws and regulations.
