Sen Voice Tele – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and standards for using services provided by Sen Voice Tele (“Sen Voice Tele,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our network, systems, or services, you agree to comply with this policy and ensure that all authorized users under your account adhere to these requirements.

1. Purpose

This policy is designed to maintain the security, reliability, and performance of Sen Voice Tele’s infrastructure while promoting lawful, ethical, and responsible usage of our services.

2. Restricted Activities

You may not use Sen Voice Tele services for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

a. Illegal or Harmful Use

Engaging in fraudulent activities, harassment, threats, or distributing unlawful or harmful content through our services.

b. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Sending bulk unsolicited messages, robocalls, phishing attempts, or misleading promotional content.
Using our platform to generate or support spam traffic of any kind is strictly prohibited.

c. Network Interference

Attempting to disrupt or degrade network performance, including denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, traffic flooding, or other forms of system interference.

d. Improper Telecom Practices

Participating in toll bypass, SIM boxing, unauthorized routing, caller ID manipulation, or call fraud.
Any misuse of voice or messaging services that violates telecom regulations or impacts service quality is not allowed.

e. Unauthorized Access

Attempting to gain access to systems, accounts, or data without proper authorization, whether related to Sen Voice Tele or third parties.

f. Identity Misrepresentation

Impersonating any individual or organization, or providing false or misleading information regarding identity or affiliation.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are fully responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts, including those by employees, contractors, or end users. You agree to:

  • Protect and secure account credentials

  • Implement appropriate safeguards to prevent misuse

  • Monitor account activity for suspicious behaviour

  • Promptly report any suspected violations or security incidents to Sen Voice Tele

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Sen Voice Tele reserves the right to monitor usage of its services to ensure compliance with this AUP. In case of violations, we may take appropriate action, including:

  • Investigating suspicious activities

  • Issuing warnings or requiring corrective actions

  • Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating services

  • Restricting access to certain features or traffic

  • Initiating legal proceedings where necessary

Immediate action may be taken without prior notice in situations involving security threats, fraud, or regulatory concerns.

5. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications, privacy, and data protection.

6. Policy Updates

Sen Voice Tele may update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Revised versions will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
